Will never use another company after dealing with A1 today. Our tech Phillip was AMAZING. He went above and beyond and was extremely polite and professional. They are lucky to have a worker like Phillip. I will recommend them to everybody. They definitely have mine and my families business from now on!

Was cleaning septic tank. Got call to get at home before appointment time we loved it. Give sometips how to keep tank clean. Reasonable price. Very friendly and help person to get tank empty and everything clean no mess left.

I just had A-1 Septic pump my septic tank. My property is on a deadend road, and has a narrow gate to the property. It can be difficult to maneuver in a large truck but the service person handled it like a PRO! I was impressed from start to finish. He was fast, efficient, and friendly. His customer service was above and beyond. I know I will need septic work done in the future and I will only call A-1 from here on out! FIVE STARS!!!

I used A-1 Septic in Modesto to repair my home's septic system. My home is in escrow and the relator sent over a technician from another company who told me he felt both the tank and the leach line system needed to be replaced, and then handed me a proposal asking me to pay his company $42,500 to hook up to the city sewer line in the street. I called A-1 Septic who sent an inspector. He said both my tank and the leach line system passed inspection, except for $1400 in minor repairs, which were later performed. I now anticipate receiving a completely passed inspection document from A-1 Septic. They were professional, communicated well, and I recommend them.

Max, Alex, and Phillip were great! They used their mini excavator to dig up my old redwood septic tank and pump it out. They were very careful not to harm it. They were happy to answer questions. The tank was under my lawn Max was careful to dig up the lawn so as they could replant the grass like you would sod. They were friendly and worked together like a team.

I am very satisfied with their work and would gladly use them again.

We set up our appointment with Amanda and Geneesa called the day before our appointment to confirm the time. Phillip arrived promptly after calling to say he was on his way. We will definitely use A-1 septic for any future septic system needs. They were the best price and were actually early to the appointment (with my permission) normally places give you a time frame of 12-4 and show up at 4, not this company. I am super happy with their service and their technicians were very nice.

First off, after making the appointment, they called to let us know they 15 min away. Phil showed up on time and began working immediately to help find the portals buried in the yard of the inherited home in Oakdale. He was very nice and I tried to help but I could tell he knew what he was doing. He went above and beyond to get our system cleaned and talked me through the process since this was my first time. Phil was professional, and courteous and very friendly. He repaired a broken handle on one of the caps to make it easier to remove next time. He also shared with me the other services that A1 does and I went ahead and scheduled them next week to install ground level access vaults so we never have to dig for the caps again. Thank you Phil and Daniel and stay classy my friends.

I've been a customer of A-1 Septic Service for approximately 5 years. I was extremely pleased with the prior owners, but even more pleased with the current owner, Daniel Antonov. His genuine concern for the customer(s) is evident in the exceptional, prompt service he provides and the staff he has working for him! His staff are also nothing short of amazing! My initial call was received by Janessa, in the office, who was very polite and happy to schedule an appointment. When it came time for my appointment, I received a courtesy call from Phillip stating he would arrive shortly. He was on time and early, which I appreciated! Phillip was very courteous, professional and helpful! He answered my many questions and provided information on how to properly maintain my systems in the future. He was very conscientious and went out of his way to ensure the area in which he was working was exactly as it was prior to the service. The service rates charged were more than reasonable and there were no hidden fees. The entire experience, from the customer service I received to the actual service of my septic systems and fees charged, was exceptional! I can’t say enough good things about A-1 Septic Services. I have a residential septic tank and there was an odor in my laundry room. I called 5 or 6 plumbers and septic service companies to help me and no one would. I was stressed and thought I no one would help me. A-1 was the first company to actually go into my crawl space, find the pipe that was leaking and repair the pipe. No more smell! I’m so grateful for Max and his willingness to help me and my family! We have been using A1 septic for many years and our experience has always been a pleasant one. The new owner took the time to answer my questions and actually explain what was going on in my aged septic system. NOTE TO SELF: BABY WIPES ARE NOT SEPTIC SAFE!!!!!!! All work was completed just as promised and workers respected my Covid fears by wearing PPE'S I received 4 quotes from other Plumbing companies however A1 septic was the only one who came out immediately. VERY REASONABLY priced $$

Awesome prompt service, they came out and pumped out multiple septic tanks for our company already before we demo them and tie the sewer lines to the city main. The drivers are always super nice and make sure they clean up after themselves. We will definitely be doing further business with this company.
